If your Rose Avenue’s jewellery, for whatever reason, should become broken, damaged or defective, simply return it to Rose Avenue for a prompt replacement or repair.
All Rose Avenue's jewellery that is returned must be accompanied by an original invoice. In case of any defect, Rose Avenue will either repair or replace the jewellery but shall not be responsible for the following:
● If the defect related to accidental damage, neglect or inappropriate handling.
● If the jewellery has been exposed to swimming/saltwater.
● Normal wear-out or scratches left on jewellery surface after wearing.
● If the jewellery has been repaired or modified at any place other than Rose Avenue.
● Certain items such as earring clutches are not covered by this exchange and return policy.
Tarnished jewellery will not be repaired or replaced under below conditions
● Silver/Gold jewellery finished in rose/pink gold plating will cover 3 months from the date of purchase.
● Silver jewellery finished in yellow gold plating will cover 6 months from the date of purchase.
● Silver jewellery finished in rhodium plating will cover for 12 months from the date of purchase.
